Neuromuscular Treatment

Neuromuscular massage therapy is a form of soft tissue massage that aims to alleviate chronic muscle and nervous system disorders and problems. It is mainly used to fix trigger points, circulation, nerve compression, postural problems and repetitive movement injuries.

Trigger Point Therapy

Trigger point therapy is designed to speed up recovery from injury, correct muscular imbalances and relieve pain. Your therapist will stretch the muscle and then apply pressure to areas of muscle tightness or 'knots'. This helps to relive muscle tension and promote healing.

Myofascial Release

Your myofascial tissue is a network of tissue that spreads throughout your entire body. It connects your muscles, joints, and bones. It also provides support to your organs, helping to keep them in place.‌ During a myofascial release massage, your therapist spends time feeling your myofascial tissue for areas that are particularly stiff and tight. These are the places that cause you to feel pain, even if it's radiating to other areas. Your therapist will use their hands to massage and stretch your myofascial tissue and eliminate knots. ‌You may feel sore immediately following a myofascial massage, but the results often include an increased range of motion and less pain and stiffness.‌

Table Thai

Table Thai massage is a full body massage done on a table that uses a mixture of deep tissue pressure, muscle and joint stretching, and gentle adjustments of the body into yoga-like poses.

Positional Release

A type of manual therapy in which the muscle or the joint is altered and placed in a position of comfort for certain duration after which the pain disappears completely or gets reduced.
