Learn about the fascial system and how it affects our bodies, what are the fascial planes and how to feel them through a movement exercise and continue learning how you can become a more effective massage therapist with the various techniques of working with fascia.

Students should wear comfortable clothing, bring sheets, a large towel or blanket, and a massage cream of their preference.
